  • Is your packaging discreet?

    Your discretion is important to us. Our products are shipped in plain cardboard boxes without any big letters and logos.

  • Do you ship outside the United States?

    Sorry, not now but we are planning to provide this service in the future.

  • Will my credit card details be stored?

    To safeguard your security, Beaver Box does not store any credit card details.

    Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. The transaction will be processed after we verify your card details, receive credit authorization, and confirm stock availability.

    We will send you an email if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.

  • What payment methods are available?

    All major credit cards.

  • When will I receive my package?

    Online orders are usually shipped within two to three days of approving an order.

    Most orders are delivered within five days of shipment, but keep in mind this can vary depending on warehouse delays due to Covid-19.

    We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

  • How do I track my order?

    All shipping information will be emailed to you when your purchase is shipped. Please use the link included in the email to track your delivery on the delivery company webpage. If the link is not responsive for any reason, please access the web page of the delivery company and enter the tracking number manually to verify the status of your delivery.

  • Can I pre-order?

    We offer pre-orders on items that are currently out of stock.

    Please check product pages for information on products timelines. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.

    If you have ordered multiple items, available units will ship and we will follow up with a second order once the out of stock item is back in stock. Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

  • When will out of stock items be restocked?

    We try and restock our items as quickly as possible. If items are sold out we encourage you to sign up for email notifications to be notified when items are back in stock.

  • How do I re-order products in the Beaver Box?

    Our website offers you an option to re-order the products at 15% Off if you have previously purchased a Beaver Box.

    Once the Beaver Box is purchased you will receive the coupon code by email.

  • Can I return or exchange our products?

    Beaver Box sources products from companies who manufacture high quality products. Due to the quality of the products and the nature of our business, we do not accept returns.
